Hi beauties,
You may have noticed our new song “Tom” is out. If you haven’t noticed, feel free to check out the epic masterpiece that our friend John Andrews animated for us!
This song feels like the most lighthearted from the album. Gep started writing it back in 2020, perhaps after a Tom of reality TV fame…:0. When we were sifting through ideas for this album, the demo for “Tom” resurfaced, and Gep finished writing it about a classic case of unrequited love. We knew we needed a John Andrews video again, and this song felt perfect to tell the sweet little story. Thank you, John <3
In other news, the Atlanta Braves lost to the Milwaukee Brewers, 8-5 last night. However, we won, because MLB superstar and certified sweetheart, Spencer Strider, printed “Tom” on vinyl and handed it out to gamegoers. It was pretty surreal knowing that we’ve been played in an MLB locker room. It was also surreal watching people fan themselves in 90-degree weather with a 7” of our newly released song. Thank you, Spencer <3

Also, would just like to say thank you to any of you who came to see us play in the past few weeks. One of the best parts of being in this band is meeting so many amazing, hilarious, and beautiful people at the shows. If we didn’t stop in your city, we will probably be there this fall! Playing the new record! You can pre-order it here if you’d like :-)

Hello Maggie- this is your Music Appreciation teacher from OLA, Mrs. Wagner, and I want you to know how proud I am of you. I always knew you were cool when you picked the Red Hot Chili Peppers to do your report on.
I’m sure Mr. Coheley would be proud as well. Can’t wait to hear the album! Richy and Izzy say hi!
Such a sweet lil song. Love it!!
